Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 15, 2026 · Last Updated: July 22, 2026
Welcome to thecreditbrothers.com (the “Site”), operated by Steil Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “The Credit Brothers” (“The Credit Brothers,” “TCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, features, and resources available through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Note for Enrolled Clients & Partners: If you enroll in a TCB program or service, or participate in the TCB Partner Program, that relationship is separately governed by the written service agreement, program agreement, or partner agreement you sign at enrollment, together with any applicable addenda or policies. Those agreements — not this page — set out the specific deliverables, fees, obligations, compensation, and any disclosures required by law. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any such agreement, the applicable agreement controls for that program or service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Your Account
If you create an account on the Site or through a connected platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Limited License for Enrolled Clients. Enrolled clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TCB materials as set forth in their service agreement. Nothing in this Section is intended to override the license granted under those documents.

5. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may integrate with third-party services and platforms. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. TCB does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. No Professional Advice; No Guaranteed Results

TCB is not a law firm, a CPA firm, a lender, a credit bureau, or a financial advisor, and nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation.
TCB does not guarantee any particular result or outcome. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and other factors outside our control. Statements on the Site or in marketing materials describing past client outcomes are not promises and should not be interpreted as such.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Site, you acknowledge our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. DMCA Copyright Notices
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:
- Email: support@thecreditbrothers.com
- Mail: Steil Enterprises LLC d/b/a The Credit Brothers, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731
Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
9. Testimonials & User Content
You may submit testimonials, reviews, photos, success stories, or other content to TCB (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant TCB a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the User Content in any media for any business purpose, including marketing. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. All testimonials must be truthful.
Enrolled Clients. If you are an enrolled client, any use of your name, likeness, or testimonials for marketing purposes is governed by your service agreement, which controls over this Section.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TCB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. TCB'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100); PROVIDED THAT, FOR ENROLLED CLIENTS AND PARTNERS, ANY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE SIGNED AGREEMENT CONTROLS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right or claim you may have under applicable federal or state consumer-protection law that cannot be limited or waived.
12. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site (a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Austin, Texas, or by remote/video hearing if elected by either party. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and TCB each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only. Excluded from mandatory arbitration are: (a) small-claims-court actions within that court's jurisdictional limits; and (b) actions seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@thecreditbrothers.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Enrolled clients and Partners are subject to the dispute resolution provisions of their signed agreements, which control over this Section.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms, and any Dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and, where applicable, the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to Section 12, any non-arbitrable Dispute may be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Limitations Period
Any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim first arises, or it is permanently waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Force Majeure
TCB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in operating the Site caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemic, government action, or third-party platform outages.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
17. No Waiver
Failure by TCB to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
18. Entire Agreement; Assignment
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and, for enrolled clients and Partners, the applicable signed agreements) are the entire agreement between you and TCB regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without TCB's prior written consent. TCB may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
