Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 12, 2026 · Last Updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Steil Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “The Credit Brothers” (“TCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit thecreditbrothers.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form, book a call, take our quiz, apply to our Partner Program, apply for a job, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you choose to share (such as your credit or business-funding goals).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect device and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from service enrollment. If you enroll in a paid program, we collect additional information under your signed service agreement (for example, identity verification details and credit-report data you authorize us to access). That collection is governed by your service agreement together with this Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
- To provide, administer, and improve our services;
- To send you marketing communications (email and, where you have consented, SMS) about our services — you can opt out at any time;
- To manage our Partner Program, including referral attribution and payouts;
- To analyze Site traffic and improve content and user experience;
- To advertise our services, including measuring ad performance;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
- Service providers that operate on our behalf — such as our customer relationship management platform, scheduling and booking tools, payment processors, email/SMS providers, website hosting (Vercel), and our Partner Program platform (Trulli/“Truly”);
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google (Google Analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel), and Hotjar — as described in Section 4;
- Credit-reporting and monitoring providers you choose to enroll with through links on our Site;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, clients, or the public; and
- Business-transfer recipients in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses the following tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 — site traffic and usage analytics;
- Meta Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram;
- Hotjar — anonymized behavior analytics (e.g., scroll and interaction patterns) to improve usability;
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features.
5. Text Messages & Email
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to an active service.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations (including record-keeping requirements applicable to credit-services businesses), and to resolve disputes. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Texas and California) may exercise these rights by emailing legal@thecreditbrothers.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, credit-monitoring providers, our booking pages, and social-media platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
