Client SuccessAccount Manager
📍 Remote — US·⏱ Full-time
Account Manager
Be the face of TCB for clients in the BDCR program. You'll own the client relationship from kickoff through approval, coach them through their score journey, and make sure every win gets celebrated.
What you'll do
- Own a book of 40-60 active BDCR clients
- Weekly check-ins, score reviews, and dispute strategy calls
- Coordinate with our credit team on file-level decisions
- Track client outcomes and feed wins back into marketing
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in client success, financial services, or coaching
- Genuine care for people's financial outcomes (we can tell)
- Strong written communication — most touchpoints are async
- Bonus: experience with credit reports, disputes, or lending
SalesSales Development
📍 Remote — US·⏱ Full-time + commission
Sales Development
First touch for every inbound lead. You'll qualify, educate, and book strategy calls for our senior closers — and earn a real piece of every deal you sourced.
What you'll do
- Handle 60-100 inbound conversations per week (DM, email, calls)
- Qualify leads against our ICP and book strategy calls
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Close CRM
- Iterate on outbound scripts and objection handling with the team
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in SDR / BDR / phone sales role
- Comfortable on the phone — most days you'll talk to 30+ people
- Self-starter who treats the pipeline like a personal P&L
- Bonus: experience in credit, fintech, or coaching
EngineeringAI Systems Developer
📍 Remote — US·⏱ Full-time
AI Systems Developer
We're building agentic AI into every workflow — content generation, dispute drafting, lead scoring, partner support. You'll architect the agent stack, integrate the APIs, and ship.
What you'll do
- Design + ship Claude-powered agents using the Anthropic SDK
- Wire integrations: Close CRM, Vercel, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
- Own evals — every workflow gets measured before it ships
- Partner with founders on roadmap and tech bets
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production software (TypeScript/Python)
- Real experience with LLM APIs, tool use, and agent orchestration
- Comfortable with the full stack — Next.js, serverless, observability
- Bonus: experience with Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol, or Vercel AI SDK
